To be honest…kane williamson as a captain and leadership slightly lost his confidence….upto 2019 he was in peak form as a leadership..now adays dat responsibility where not looking in field….
Leaving players who are not centrally contracted is not something they should do with the current domestic roster. I think a good coach and building a team from the young guys is something important.

Should hand over T20 captaincy to Daryl Mitchell, remove home bullies like Finn Allen. Give more exposure to younger crop like Rachin Ravindra, Will O Rourke, Ben Sears, Tim Robinson.

All teams must look at SEPARATE T20 players and coaches, and keep the longer-version players and coaches out of it. T20 must be for players under 30. This will be a game-changer. But who will bell the cat?🤔😆
I like the fact that NZ analyst are now really saying that NZ is priority, I think they have better T20 players sitting at home than Williamson, Neesham ..high time some common sense prevails..don't know what made Williamson the legend he is for me playing all those years for newzeland did that and not sitting in dugout for some franchise when you have to lead your team at the world cup 2024…same for phillip, santner, Southee, etc…some of them are legends and they should respect themselves and NZ rather than the greener pastures..because they are just benchwarmers at IPL let's face it..at least they could have planned a week for T20 world cup they had al readymade all the money 😂sitting at benches till May 16 so one week hardly made any difference and mind you they still get paid for playing for NZ..

honestly; Fazalhaq Farooki didn't get a game at sunrisers hyd. He rocked up and pretty much bowled match winning spells in the first 2 games

Nz need good young players who can play till next 12 years. Finn Allen is a guy who's little bit inconsistent. Ravindra needs to do more.
